The reason we struggle with our businesses is because we struggle with having a brand identity. The reason we struggle with having a brand identity is because we're not marketing something that is for somebody else. We are marketing ourselves and trying to read the label from inside the jar, and that is impossible or at the very least incredibly frustrating.

Without an authentic and engaging brand identity it’s very confusing to create brand marketing messaging. There’s no north star from which all communication and identity shines from that connects with your audience and resonates.

This is why launching your founder led brand has seemed like moving through molasses and it doesn’t need to be that hard.
